Jack Richards has written the forward to Teaching Reading and Writing, recently published by Pearson/Longman, Singapore.
Dr. Richards will be featured in a new DVD teacher training series published by Pearson/Longman, New York. He is the content-expert on teaching listening comprehension. The filming for his component was completed in Singapore in January 2008.
A piano concerto commissioned by Jack Richards will be performed by the New Zealand Symphony Orchestra in Wellington New Zealand, in May 2008. The concerto will be performed by the composer, Gao Ping.
